Please understand that Outdoor Graphics prints each item individually based on your order.
We do not have extra shirts on a shelf for exchange. We do not replace shirts due to buyers remorse or selection of an incorrect size.
Items can only be returned if they are defective. Return claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of delivery.
If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us at email@example.com. We will reply quickly and ask for a picture of the item. This allows us to show the printers where the problem is.
If we agree that the item needs to be returned, we will issue an RGA # that allows us to track the package and know that it is yours.
If an item is defective, we will print a new item for you and reship it at our expense. Thank you.
